For this Late Summer Early Fall workshop we will explore sketching within sight of the hills and peaks of our Blue Ridge mountains. Starting with your favorite dry and/or wet sketching materials we will explore capturing some of the stunning landscapes of our beautiful corner of the world in this 2 day weekend workshop. We will gather to get ourselves organized at the Crozet Arts on Saturday morning and then head for a location in or very near the Mint Springs Valley Park, just minutes west of Crozet. On Sunday, we will gather at our sketching venue’s location. The Sunday venue (TBA) will depend on the weather but will also be very near to Crozet.

Both days we will take a lunch break from 12 Noon to 1pm. Designed to be suitable for beginners who have some previous experience in drawing, as well as intermediate and advanced students.
