Instruction for Individuals (Adults ONLY)

from $0.00

Please be sure to contact me directly BEFORE signing up/creating a class so that we can talk about what you would like to cover, the number of sessions, scheduling, and other logistics. (For a new solo student wanting a short or long series of class sessions, I prefer to meet for an hour or two (free) to look at and discuss your current work as well as your thoughts, desires, and possible goals.)

I find it to be a real joy to help people who are excited about making art, exploring new or old materials, and/or stretching their technical and aesthetic experiences. With over 30 years experience, I have assisted folks through single and multiple sessions of art lessons, classes, and mentoring. My experience doing so includes traditional in-person methods, on-line and distanced instruction (Zoom, Face-Time/Skype, and Video), and through hybrid in-person/online sessions as well. I would be happy to talk to you about creating a plan for covering the topics that interest YOU. These can include: design, painting, drawing, sketching in a wide variety of media as well as coaching you about presentation and preparing for the exhibition of your work!

I find that individuals tend to end up choosing to meet for 1.5 to 3 hour long sessions. We can also adjust that length if needed and lessons/classes can probably run for as many sessions as you wish to set up.

As I said above, before we can schedule any number of lessons, classes, or coaching sessions, we will need to talk a bit ahead of time about the material(s) and techniques you would like to cover, the venue(s) you prefer, scheduling and timing for the instruction, as well as exploring pricing options. Only then, and if all parties feel that we might be a good fit, can we finalize a plan.

I look forward to talking with you.
