As a former (30+ years) college art professor and as a working artist and artist-educator, I have had a good bit of experience with mentoring adult artists, as well as conducting individual and group critiques.

For a NEW solo students wanting a series of critique sessions, I also prefer to meet for an hour or so (this is a free session!) to see your current work and discuss your direction and proposed goals.

# Sessions, per hour:

FREE 1-Hr Consultation 1 hour session to visually evaluate and discuss the portfolio and it's strengths and weaknesses for art/design applications 1 hour session w/ a follow-up written evaluation and suggested "assignments" to bolster/improve the portfolio; the initial in-person or virtual preparatory consultation (up to 1 hours) is free! 2 one hour sessions. The first 1 hour session for a discussion/interview and verbal review of the portfolio. A follow-up written evaluation of the portfolio and suggested "assignments" to bolster/improve the portfolio. A 2nd Session to review the completed "assignments" and other new work in the portfolio. The initial in-person or virtual preparatory consultation (up to 1 hour) is free!
